These delicious overnight oats are perfect for breakfast or as an on-the-go snack. This dish will keep you full for hours, help sustain your energy and leave you wanting more! It tastes like dessert but it's perfectly healthy.

Wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy, refined sugar, egg and soya free breakfast idea! This recipe is perfect for those with a sweet tooth who are looking to stay full for hours! Overnight oats are a perfect breakfast that will help sustain your energy and blood glucose and prevent those afternoon crashes.

Long gone are the days of eating refined sugar laden cereals and granola bars for breakfast. This overnight oats recipe is refined sugar free and will help to stabilise your blood sugar and keep you full until lunch. You may not notice the benefits until people keep asking you where you get all your energy from!

Overnight Oats


Ingredients:

(Play about with the toppings till you find a recipe you love!)

  • 1 cup organic GF oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1 cup coconut, almond or oat milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1-2 tbsp honey

  • 1-2 tbsp protein powder (I like Pulsin pea protein powder)

  • Optional toppings- almond butter, berries, chopped banana, nuts, seeds, cacao nibs

Directions:

  1. Place the oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, milk, vanilla extract, honey and protein powder into a container and mix well.

  2. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Take the overnight oats out the fridge and serve with toppings of choice.
